Equiwall walling system

Originally developed for the medical sector Equiwall is a completely new walling system developed in the UK using the LEAP process. LEAP (Layered Engineering Active Polymer).This process involves filling a mould with appropriate materials which create a rigid outer skin and foamed inner layer. When finished the panels offer a highly resistance capabilities ideal for barns, horse stalls and trailers.

Equiwall reduces the level of noise vibrations, and provides horses with a more comfortable area of living. In the winter, the insulation properties reduce the horses contact with frozen or chilled walls providing a comfortable surface which does not crack or splinter like wood.

When used in a trailer impact stress on the horse caused by bumps and continual stop starting is reduced giving a more comfortable ride for the horse. This also helps to reduce animal stress during transportation. Noise reduction is also an additional benefit when using Equiwall in a trailer.

Equiwall is pre delivered in standard sheet sizes, pre cut ready to use or made specifically for your application. The surface is easily cleaned, impervious to water, does not require painting and is virtually maintenance free.

There is an environmental benefit too. Equiwall is manufactured from 100% recycled materials. The blend of materials used is determined by the application and product surfaces can be made harder, softer, lighter or heavier dependant on your application. Equiwall panels are made from waste plastics and when they come to the end of their useful lives they too can be 100% recycled into other products. Every 1kg of Equiwall purchased is diverting 1kg of waste from going to landfill.
